Mowify Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 5, 2026

Mowify (the "App") is a lawn-mowing puzzle game made by the developer DGSTUDIO (the "Developer"). This policy explains what information the App handles and how.

1. Personal information collected by the Developer: none

· The App has no sign-up or login, and the Developer runs no servers.

· The Developer does not collect or keep information such as your name, email, phone number, location or contacts.

· No analytics tools are used. Ads, payments and cloud saves are handled by the outside services below (section 6).

2. Photos

· When you tap "Make from photo", your phone's system photo picker opens and only the one photo you choose is passed to the App. The App does not access your whole photo library (on iPhone and iPad it does not ask for photo library access).

· The chosen photo is turned into a design on your device. A design is the mowing direction and black-and-white brightness of each lawn square (up to 64 × 64 squares). The original photo is not saved, and any temporary file made for the conversion is deleted right away.

· Photos and designs are not sent to the Developer or any third party. The original photo is never uploaded anywhere; a design may be kept only in your own account through the cloud save in section 3.

3. Information stored on your phone and in your own account

· Designs made from photos, cleared and in-progress levels, coins and purchased items, and sound, vibration and language settings are stored on your phone.

· This information is not sent to the Developer. It is deleted when you delete the App or clear its data in your phone's settings. You can also delete designs one by one from the "My Photos" list.

· Depending on your backup settings, it may be included in iCloud Backup (your own Apple account) on iPhone and iPad. On Android, the App does not use automatic backup.

· Cloud save: so you can continue on a new phone, cleared levels and stars, coins, free tickets and free helper uses, purchase status, and designs made from photos (the square information in section 2) are saved to your own iCloud (iPhone/iPad) or to Saved Games in Google Play Games (Android). Original photos, sound/vibration/language settings and in-progress levels are not uploaded. This storage belongs to your own account; the Developer cannot access or receive it. Data moves only between devices of the same kind on the same account, and the cloud copy remains even if you delete the App. You can turn it off or delete it in your iCloud or Google Play Games settings.

4. Permissions

· Vibration (Android): used for short vibrations when you mow grass or complete a level. You can turn it off on the App's "Info" screen.

· Internet: used to load ads, process payments and for the cloud save (section 3).

· App Tracking Transparency (iPhone and iPad): the App asks once for permission to use the advertising identifier (IDFA) for personalized ads. The game and ad rewards are the same whether or not you allow it.

· The App does not ask for location, contacts, camera or microphone permissions.

5. Children's personal information

The Developer does not directly collect anyone's personal information. Information processed by the ad provider is described in section 6.

6. Information processed by outside services

The services below process information under their own privacy policies; the Developer does not receive or keep that information.

· Google AdMob (ads): shows ads when you tap a button to watch one, and when you open the App or return after a while. Advertising ID (Android advertising ID, and IDFA if you allowed it), IP address, device and app information, and ad view and click information may be processed. In regions where consent is required, such as Europe, you are asked for consent first. (policies.google.com/privacy)

· App Store / Google Play (payments): process payment and purchase confirmation information when you buy coins or items. Card and other payment details are handled by Apple and Google; the Developer does not receive them.

· Apple iCloud / Google Play Games services (cloud save): keep the data in section 3 in your own account. Play Games signs in with your Play Games profile. (apple.com/legal/privacy · policies.google.com/privacy)

7. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the effective date will be updated and the change announced with an App update.
