Mowify Terms of Service

Mowify (the "App") is a lawn-mowing puzzle game made by the developer DGSTUDIO (the "Developer"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Article 1 (Service)

The App offers puzzles with built-in designs and a feature that turns a photo you choose into a design you can play. There is no sign-up or login, and every feature runs on your device.

Article 2 (Photos you choose and the designs made from them)

1. Use only photos you took yourself or that the rights holders (copyright holders, people pictured, etc.) have allowed you to use.

2. Do not use the following photos:

· Photos containing other people's works (drawings, characters, comic or film scenes, logos, photographers' works, etc.) without the rights holder's permission

· Photos showing another person's face or likeness without that person's consent

· Photos that are illegal or that harm the rights or reputation of others

3. You hold the rights to, and are responsible for, your photos and the designs made from them. You are responsible for any dispute or damage caused by breaking paragraph 2.

4. Photos are turned into designs (the mowing direction and brightness of each lawn square) only on your device, and are never sent to the Developer or made public. The Developer does not access your photos or designs and has no right to use, modify or distribute them.

5. You can delete a design at any time from the "My Photos" list in the App.

Article 3 (Coins and paid items)

1. Coins can be earned by playing, by watching ads, or by buying them in the App, and can be spent on helpers and on making photo designs. Coins cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods, or transferred to anyone else.

2. Payments for paid items (coin packs, Remove Ads, Unlimited Photo Designs, etc.) are handled by the App Store or Google Play, and cancellations and refunds follow each store's policies and procedures. Coins that have already been spent may be excluded from refunds.

3. The Starter Pack (coins and free helper uses) can be bought only once. Remove Ads, Unlimited Photo Designs and the Remove Ads + Unlimited Photos bundle are permanent items; after changing devices you can get them back with "Restore purchases" in the App.

4. Coins and progress are saved on your device and also in your own iCloud (iPhone/iPad) or Google Play Games (Android), so you can continue on another device of the same kind with the same account. If you delete the App or clear its data without a cloud save, or move to a different kind of device (iPhone ↔ Android), your coins and progress will not carry over and the Developer cannot restore them (permanent items can be recovered with "Restore purchases").

5. Your first photo design is free; after that it costs coins or a free ticket (given when a new stage opens). Coins are earned the first time you complete a built-in design, not when you complete it again or complete a photo design. Prices and rewards may change for game operation.

Article 3-2 (Ads)

The App shows two kinds of ads. (1) Rewarded ads, shown only when you tap to watch one — watch to the end to receive coins or a helper (coin rewards in the shop have a daily limit). (2) An opening ad shown once when you open the App or come back after a while — it is not shown the first time you open the App after installing, and it stops completely once you buy "Remove Ads" or the "Remove Ads + Unlimited Photos" bundle (it keeps appearing if you only bought coins or Unlimited Photo Designs). Ads are provided by Google AdMob.

Article 4 (Intellectual property)

The rights to the App's program, screen design, artwork, built-in designs, sound effects, etc. belong to the Developer (open-source components included in the App follow their own licenses, which you can view under "Info > Open Source Licenses" in the App). You may not copy, distribute or sell them without the Developer's permission.

Article 5 (Limitation of liability)

1. The Developer strives to provide the App reliably, but the App may stop working or saved data may be lost due to device conditions, operating system changes and the like; the Developer is not liable for this unless caused by the Developer's intent or gross negligence.

2. The Developer is not responsible for the content of photos you use or for disputes arising from their use.

Article 6 (Changes to these Terms)

The Developer may change these Terms when necessary and will announce the changes through an App update or a notice in the App.
