Skylumi Terms of Use

Effective date: October 7, 2026

Skylumi (the "App") is a drone light show puzzle game made by the developer DGSTUDIO (the "Developer"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Article 1 (Service)

The App offers puzzles based on built-in drone show designs, and a feature that turns a photo you choose into a drone show design you can play. There is no sign-up or login, and the game runs on your device.

Article 2 (Photos you choose and designs made from them)

1. You may only use photos that you took yourself or that you have permission to use from the rights holders (copyright, portrait rights, etc.).

2. You must not use:

· photos containing other people's works (drawings, characters, comic or film scenes, logos, photographers' works, etc.) without the rights holder's permission

· photos showing another person's face or likeness without that person's consent

· photos that break the law or harm the rights or reputation of others

3. You hold the rights to, and are responsible for, your photos and the designs made from them. You are responsible for any dispute or damage arising from a breach of paragraph 2.

4. Background removal and design creation happen only on your device. Your photos are never sent to the Developer or made public. The Developer does not access your photos or designs and has no right to use, modify or distribute them.

5. You can delete designs at any time from the "My photos" list in the App.

Article 3 (Coins and paid items)

1. Coins can be earned by playing, by watching ads, or by purchasing them in the App, and can be spent on helpers (Undo, Where to?, Pad +2, Shuffle) and on creating photo designs. Coins and free helper uses cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods, or transferred to others.

2. Payments for paid items (coin packs, the Starter Pack, Remove ads, Unlimited photos, and the Remove ads + Unlimited photos bundle) are processed by the App Store or Google Play, and cancellations and refunds follow each store's policies and procedures. Coins and free helper uses that have already been spent may not be refundable.

3. The Starter Pack can be bought only once. Remove ads, Unlimited photos and the Remove ads + Unlimited photos bundle are permanent items; if you change devices or reinstall the App, you can get them back with "Shop > Restore purchases". If you already own either Remove ads or Unlimited photos separately, the bundle is not shown in the shop.

4. Coins and progress are stored on your device and also in your own iCloud (iPhone/iPad) or Google Play Games (Android) account, so you can continue on another device of the same kind with the same account. If you delete the App or clear its data without cloud saving, or move to a different kind of device (iPhone ↔ Android), your coins and progress will not carry over and the Developer cannot restore them (permanent items can be recovered with "Restore purchases").

5. Your first photo design is free; after that it costs coins or a free ticket (given each time a new stage unlocks). It is free if you own "Unlimited photos". Coins are earned the first time you complete a built-in design, not when you complete it again or complete a photo design. Prices and rewards may change for game operation.

Article 4 (Ads)

1. The App shows two kinds of ads.

① Rewarded ads — shown only when you tap to watch them: "Watch a video for coins" in the shop (daily limit), "double coins" on the completion screen, and "holding pad +3" when the holding pad is full (once per show). You receive the reward when you watch to the end.

② Opening ads — shown once when you open the App, or when you return after more than an hour away. They are not shown on the very first launch, and there is at least an hour between them.

2. If you purchase "Remove ads" or the "Remove ads + Unlimited photos" bundle, opening ads no longer appear. If you only purchase coins or "Unlimited photos", opening ads continue to appear. Rewarded ads are optional, so you can still use them after removing ads.

3. Ads are provided by Google AdMob.

Article 5 (Intellectual property)

The rights to the App's program, screen design, artwork, built-in designs, sound effects and music belong to the Developer (the music was made with Google Gemini (Lyria); open-source components included in the App follow their own licenses, which you can view in "Settings & Info > Open-source licenses"). You may not copy, distribute or sell them without the Developer's permission. You may keep or share the pictures of your finished shows saved with "Save photo" for personal use.

Article 6 (Limitation of liability)

1. The Developer strives to provide the App reliably, but the App may stop working or saved data may be lost due to your device environment or operating system changes; the Developer is not liable for this unless caused by its intent or gross negligence.

2. Background removal is automatic and the result may not be accurate.

3. The Developer is not responsible for the content of photos you use or for disputes arising from their use.

Article 7 (Changes to these Terms)

The Developer may change these Terms when necessary and will announce changes through an App update or an in-app notice.
