SmashingAction Privacy Policy

Effective: September 28, 2026

SmashingAction (the "App") is an action game made by the developer DGSTUDIO (the "Developer"). This policy explains what information the App handles and how.

1. Personal information collected by the Developer: none

· The App has no sign-up, and the Developer runs no servers.

· The Developer does not collect or store your name, email, phone number, location, contacts or similar information.

· No analytics tools are used. Ads, payments and cloud saves are handled by the third-party services below (Section 5).

2. Information stored on your device

· Stage progress, gold, weapon level, rebirths and traits, starting cards, missions, achievements and skins, purchase records (transaction IDs), sound effects / music / vibration / idle mode / language settings, and ad display counts are stored on your device only.

· This information is not sent to the Developer. It is removed from the device when you delete the App.

3. Cloud save (optional)

· Android: if you sign in to Google Play Games, your progress is saved to your own Google account (Play Games Saved Games).

· iPhone/iPad: if you are signed in to iCloud, your progress is saved to your own Apple account (iCloud).

· The Developer does not access this saved data. To delete it, remove this App's data in Google Play Games settings or in your device's iCloud storage settings.

4. Permissions

· Internet / network state: used to load ads and to process payments and cloud saves.

· Vibration: used for hit feedback (can be turned off in Settings).

· Advertising ID: used by the ad provider to show and measure ads (Section 5).

· The App does not request location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone permissions. On iPhone/iPad the App does not request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission.

5. Information handled by third-party services

The services below process information under their own privacy policies; the Developer does not receive or store that information.

· Google AdMob (ads): shows ads when you open the App or return after a while, occasionally after a run ends, and when you tap "Watch Ad: Double Idle Reward", "Watch Ad to Continue" or "Free Time Boost". Advertising ID, IP address, device/app information and ad view/click information may be processed. In regions that require consent (such as the EU), you are asked first and can change your choice at any time with "Ad Privacy Settings" on the "Language · Credits" screen. Purchasing "Remove Ads" turns off app-open and interstitial ads. (policies.google.com/privacy)

· Google Play Billing / App Store (payments): process payment and purchase-verification information when you buy items. Card and other payment details are handled by Google or Apple; the Developer does not receive them. (policies.google.com/privacy · apple.com/legal/privacy)

· Google Play Games / iCloud (cloud save): see Section 3.

6. Children's privacy

The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. The Developer does not directly collect anyone's personal information.

7. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the effective date and announce it with an App update.
