Weapon Defense Terms of Use

Weapon Defense (무기디펜스, the "App") is a defense game made by the developer DGSTUDIO (the "Developer"). By installing or using the App you agree to these terms. These terms are a translation of the Korean original; if the two differ, the Korean version prevails to the extent permitted by law.

Article 1 (Service)

The App is a game in which you build a deck of cards and summon and merge weapon units to stop incoming enemies. There is no sign-up or login, and every feature runs on your device.

Article 2 (Coins and paid items)

1. Coins are earned by finishing runs, crafting a mythic for the first time, watching ads, or buying them in the App, and are used to unlock locked cards. Coins cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods, or transferred to anyone else.

2. Payments for paid items (coin packs) are processed by the store you got the App from (the App Store or Google Play), and cancellations and refunds follow that store's policies and procedures. Coins already spent may be excluded from refunds.

3. Coins and progress are stored only on your device. If you delete the App or use "Erase All Data", your coins and progress are lost and the Developer cannot restore them.

4. Prices, unlock prices and rewards may change to keep the game running well.

Article 3 (Ads)

The App shows two kinds of ads. (1) Rewarded ads that you watch only when you tap them — watch to the end to receive coins (daily limits apply). (2) Occasional app open ads when you open the App or return to it after a while — they do not appear during your first few launches or during a run, and stop appearing once you have bought any coin pack. Ads are provided by Google AdMob.

Article 4 (Intellectual property)

Rights to the App's program, screen design, game rules and data belong to the Developer. Some artwork, sound effects and fonts used in the App follow their authors' licenses, listed under "Settings > Credits" in the App. You may not copy, distribute or sell the App without the Developer's permission.

Article 5 (Limitation of liability)

The Developer tries to provide the App reliably, but the App may stop working or saved data may be lost due to device conditions or operating system changes, and the Developer is not liable for this except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Article 6 (Changes to these terms)

The Developer may change these terms when necessary and will announce changes through an App update or this page.
